Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Refund/Credit/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange your item within 14days of purchase, if you no longer require your item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at toocutechildrenswear@outlook.com and send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 High Street, Buckie, Ab56 1al, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your item is faulty, we will cover the costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
